1. Cookies and local storage
Cookies are small pieces of information a website can store in a browser. Local storage is a separate browser feature that can remember choices on the same device. This website uses local storage for functional preferences; these entries are not automatically attached to every server request.
2. Current use
No analytics or advertising cookies, pixels or third-party tracking scripts are installed in this version. Images, fonts, styles and scripts are served locally. Accepting the banner does not load advertising tools, because none are installed.

These entries do not contain your name, email, phone number or an advertising identifier. Your rejection is also remembered to avoid asking on every page. A saved acceptance is not permission to add unrelated tracking later without an appropriate notice and choice.
3. Accepting and rejecting
“Accept optional cookies” records acceptance. “Reject optional cookies” records rejection. In this version both choices leave optional tracking off because none is installed. The close button records rejection. The website remains usable after either choice, without locking scrolling or placing an overlay over the page.
4. Change or remove a choice
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to reopen the banner, or clear this site’s data in your browser. Choices expire after 180 days. If local storage is blocked, you can still close the banner, but it may appear again on the next page.
5. Animation preference
You can pause or enable decorative motion with the footer control. The website also respects your device’s reduced-motion preference. This setting does not change the form or its submission.
6. Future changes and contact
Before optional tracking is added, this policy and the consent mechanism must be updated to reflect the actual purposes and providers. This functional banner is not an IAB TCF consent-management platform.
